Terms & Conditions for Bookings
- For One-to-One Coaching & Osteopathic Treatments
When you book a service with me, I reserve time in my calendar specifically for you and your horse. To make planning as smooth and fair as possible—for both you and other clients—please read the cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment
→ No charge. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the appointment
→ 50% of the booked service price will be charged.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-show
→ 100% of the booked service price will be charged.
This policy is in place because I often plan full-day routes to visit multiple stables in the same area. A late cancellation will impact not just one booking, but the entire day of scheduled visits.
If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before your appointment, an invoice will be sent to your email.
Need to Reschedule?
I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let me know as early as possible so we can find the best solution together.
